My Career

Educated to Degree level at the University of Westminster, I hold a Diploma in Management Studies and a Diploma in Marketing.

The majority of my career has been spent in the marketing services and creative industries. Firstly as a Main Board Director of WPP’s largest brand consultancy, Enterprise I.G. (now The Brand Union) and secondly as Managing Director of the European Design and Communication subsidiary of the international advertising group DMB&B – now part of Publicis.

In both these roles I led major telecommunications projects and was subsequently recruited by Hutchison Telecom in 2000 to develop their pre-launch distribution strategy. This was a Director level position.

In 2002 I set up my own marketing consultancy and worked with Accenture, British Telecom, Coca Cola, Virgin Mobile and 3 on a range of projects. I have also advised Government departments and several Charities as well as a number of internet start-ups.

My Journey

As a senior manager in business my strengths lay in motivating people so taking up coaching was a natural extension.

Colleagues say I am a warm, considerate and sensitive person – easy to get along with and good at building relationships. I enjoy connecting with people and supporting them to move outside their comfort zone.

In 2012 I qualified as a Coach at Practitioner level having trained with the i-coachacademy . This qualification is accredited by EMCC , recognised by the Association for Coaching  and endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management
